By using BudgetJet ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What BudgetJet is

BudgetJet is a flight price discovery tool. We show you flight prices from third-party sources (primarily Skyscanner via their API) and provide buy/wait signals based on historical price data. We do not sell flights. We do not guarantee any price shown.

2. Prices and accuracy

• Flight prices shown are indicative and may change at any time.
• The final price is always determined at the time of booking on the airline or booking platform.
• Buy/wait signals are based on historical trends — they are not financial advice and carry no guarantee.
• Currency conversions are approximate and use daily exchange rates.

3. Price alerts

• By submitting your email, you consent to receive one email notification when the specified fare drops below your target price.
• You can unsubscribe instantly via the link in every email.
• We do not guarantee that alerts will fire — prices may not drop, or the route may no longer be available.

4. Affiliate links

When you click "Book →", you are redirected to Skyscanner via an affiliate link. BudgetJet may earn a commission if you complete a booking. This does not affect the price you pay. We only link to reputable booking platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape or systematically download price data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or attack the Service
• Submit false or malicious data via any form

6. Limitation of liability

BudgetJet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on prices, signals, or information shown on the Service, including missed bookings, price changes, or incorrect conversions.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
